Broad 1.0 goals, without invented dates
The current Steam Early Access statement names more locations, enemies and bosses, character customization, deeper progression, more weapons and cursed loot, and general polish as intended directions for version 1.0. Updates and roadmap FAQ
What is the latest official Last Pirates: Die Together update?
The newest official notice found through September 10, 2026 announces Steam Deck Verified status. The latest gameplay changelog in that window is the September 1 carrying, loot, and fixes update; the September 3 note only confirms faster application loading from Steam.
Did the game add daily saving?
Yes. The official August 21 update says progress saves every day as well as at each chapter. It does not fully document item persistence, host ownership, or rollback behavior after a failed run.
What changed for co-op and voice chat?
Lobbies became public by default with an opt-out on August 21. On August 26, voice chat gained Always active, Push to talk, and Toggle to talk modes, alongside multiple reconnect and host-migration fixes across post-launch patches.
Were Ship and Castle permanently unlocked?
The official posts describe a temporary event. It opened first-chapter access without prerequisites and was extended through September 9, 2026. Those posts do not confirm permanent access or the exact post-event state.
Is there a dated roadmap for the next update or version 1.0?
No dated milestone schedule was found in the checked official sources. The Steam Early Access statement lists broad goals and a 6+ month aim, but says the game will remain in Early Access until the team considers it ready.
Are the patch notes on this page complete?
This timeline covers the official Early Access launch and every Steam News notice found from August 19 through September 10, including temporary event notices. Each entry is a concise impact summary, not a reproduction of the full changelog.
